Cress microgreens are interesting addition to many meals! Their intense flavor is a mix of fresh and spicy that will bring zingy character to your dishes.
Don't worry about drenching before planting– just keep their growing medium moist by lightly watering. Every seed will draw in the moisture it needs from its surrounding soil and enclose itself in a special hydration gel pouch. There's no need to water again until germination starts - that little jelly pouch has got you covered!

The ideal time to harvest cress microgreens is when the leaves have fully opened and grown to 3 inches in height - usually occurring between days 5-9 of growth.
Although we eat little Cress, it is a source of valuable nutrients. This little leaves are repacked with vitamins A through E, K, micronutrients Ca ,Fe, Mg, B3, P plus antioxidants & amino acids so you can enjoy great nutrition along with those amazing flavors!
