1 - Select your growing medium, it could be organic soil, peat or celulose
2 - Place our seeds in trays/ pots and depending on the variety allow them to soak before germinating
3 - Mature the trays in dark, warm place, making sure your plants get plenty of fresh air in the process
4 - Afterwards, move your microgreens to sunlight or under high-watt lighting to ensure plants get ample light
5 - Nutrients can be provided from soil or organic fertilizer to allow healthy grow
6 - Grow from days to even months to nurture each microgreen seedling to it’s fullest potential.
