At MP Seeds, quality, transparency and food safety are the foundation of everything we do. All our seeds are carefully selected, tested, and documented to meet the highest standards required by professional growers, microgreen producers and sprout farms.
Below you will find an overview of the certificates and quality assurances that apply to our seeds.
Organic (BIO) Certification
Our organic (BIO) seeds are certified in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2018/848 of the European Parliament and of the Council on organic production and the labeling of organic products.
This certification confirms that MP Seeds operates in full compliance with EU organic regulations and meets all requirements applicable to certified organic operators.
For our customers, BIO certification means that:
- seeds originate from certified organic production
- seeds are non-GMO
- seeds are not chemically treated
- seeds comply with EU standards for organic farming and food production
- full traceability and documentation are ensured
Accreditation & Certification Body
Our organic certification is issued by a certification body accredited by the Polish Centre for Accreditation (PCA).
The certification falls under product certification (AC 119) and fully complies with EU organic regulations.

Microbiological Safety & Quality Certificates (HMO / HPM / HPA)
To ensure maximum safety for growers and end consumers, all MP Seeds products – both organic and conventional – are covered by additional quality and microbiological control certificates.
What we guarantee for our seeds:
- Seeds are free from harmful pathogens for humans
- Seeds are non-GMO
- Seeds are not chemically treated
- Seeds are safe for raw consumption, including sprouts and microgreens
Laboratory Test Results
Our seeds are tested using accredited laboratory methods to ensure microbiological safety for food production.
Microbiological parameters tested:
- Salmonella spp.: not detected (REAL TIME PCR)
- Listeria monocytogenes: not detected (REAL TIME PCR)
- Verotoxin-producing E. coli: not detected (REAL TIME PCR)
- Bacillus cereus: < 1000 CFU/g (colony counts on agar substrate)
These results confirm that MP Seeds products meet strict microbiological safety requirements and are suitable for food production, including sprouts and microgreens.
Batch Control & Traceability
Every seed batch distributed by MP Seeds is fully traceable and covered by internal quality documentation. This allows us to maintain consistent quality, fast identification, and full transparency throughout the supply chain.
