That's why we've gone the extra mile to make your shopping experience stress-free and cost-effective with our comprehensive delivery options. We aim to pack your order within 2–5 days after receiving your payment. Carrier-provided delivery estimates apply to various methods, with typical order delivery occurring within 3-7 business days after handing over the parcel to the courier.

INPOST Courier, 3-5 working days, 6€ (delivered to pickup point)

FAQ about delivery and returns
When do you ship orders after receiving them?
We aim to get your order ready in 2–5 days. However, during busy periods it may take longer to process your order, but don't worry we will let you know if the waiting time extends.
What's the delivery time?
Shipping time depends on your location and the chosen delivery method. The delivery times given for different methods are estimated by the carriers, and your order is usually delivered within the 3-7 days from the day the package is taken over by the courier company. However, the shipping times are estimates only, and sometimes delays may occur. We are not responsible for any delays once your order has been picked up from our warehouse by the carriers.
What is the difference between express and economy shipping?
Express shipping is faster and pricier, prioritizing the quick delivery of your microgreens seeds. Economy shipping is slower and more affordable, offering a cost-effective option for customers who don't need their seeds urgently. Delivery times may vary based on location and the chosen shipping carrier. Typically, the information about how many days it takes for shipping is given in the basket while finishing the order.
What if I suspect my parcel is lost?
If you think your parcel may be lost, the first step is to contact the courier responsible for your delivery. Together with your order confirmation, you receive the company details and a tracking link so you can follow your parcel. As the recipient, you will often get updates faster than we do, so it’s best to check directly with your local courier branch first.
If you are still unable to resolve the issue, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us directly. We’ll be happy to assist, but starting with the courier will usually make the process quicker and smoother.
What if I entered the wrong delivery address?
Please make sure to double-check your delivery address when placing an order. If an incorrect address is provided, we cannot be held responsible for delays or lost parcels. In such cases, the responsibility lies with the customer, and additional shipping costs may apply if the order needs to be resent.
Can I return an item?
Of course. We offer a 14-day return period, starting from the day you receive your order.
How do I return an item?

Once you have contacted us and received permission to return, you can send the package yourself or use the Complaints and Returns app to easily generate a shipping label.

Make sure you are sending your return to the above address, not to the address written on the invoice. We are unable to process your return if it is sent to the wrong address.
How long until I receive my refund?
It might take up to two weeks for your return to reach us. Please allow a few bank days after this for the refund to show on your account.

Calculating Your Delivery Costs
Delivery costs start from just €6 and depend on your destination, order size and selected shipping method.
To check the exact delivery cost for your order, simply add the products to your cart and proceed to the checkout. The available shipping options and their prices will be calculated automatically based on your order and delivery country. Please note that final delivery costs may vary, especially in the case of large orders or oversized products.
