What if a product is not currently available?

If you want to order a product, and it is not in stock, the best thing to do is to sign up for notifications. This way, you will be informed as soon as the product arrives.

What if I would like to order a variety that is not in your assortment?

Do I have a guarantee for the sprouting ratio?

We are committed to your success, every step of the way. MP SEEDS want you to be 100% satisfied with all of our seeds and supplies. If anything you purchase from us proves unsatisfactory, we will replace it or refund the purchase price.

 

Are the seeds safe for human consumption?

What is the MP SEEDS sprouting guarantee?

If the seeds you purchase from us do not germinate after following our instructions, growing rules and all directions, we will replace them or refund your money. We are committed to your success.

How can I file a complaint about a product?

If you are not satisfied with our products, you can file a complaint up to 3 months after receiving your seeds. Please email us at [email protected]. To help us process your request efficiently, please provide the following information: 

  • your order number,
  • a detailed description of the problem encountered, particularly in relation to product growth,
  • any relevant photos
  • and your preferred solution.  

Completing all the information in the complaint process will make it easier for us to deal with your complaint. If any information is missing, your complaint may be rejected.
We value your feedback and will be happy to assist you in finding the best resolution to address your concerns. Our team is dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction and providing excellent customer service.

How can I file a complaint about the seeds?

If you have any concerns or issues with our seeds, we take them seriously and are here to assist you. You can firstly just call or write to us on our phone or WhatsApp 0048 601 396 141 to have a consultation.

The second option is to follow these steps to file a complaint:

Email us on [email protected] with the following details:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear description of what happened and the specific issue you encountered.
  • Provide detailed information about how you grew the seeds, including soaking, storage, germination methods, quantity, and amount of watering, temperature, lighting conditions, type of soil, and fertilizers used.
  • Please let us know how long you have been growing microgreens and if this is your first time growing this particular variety.

 

Additionally, please indicate your preferred solution or outcome that would satisfy you.

In the case of incomplete information, we reserve the right to reject the complaint due to lack of information.

Please note that we strive to provide feedback within 14 days and aim to resolve the issue within 2-3 weeks. However, we are committed to addressing your complaint as promptly as possible. Our team will work diligently to assist you and find a suitable resolution.

 

ORDERS & PAYMENTS

 

Are there any extra fees when paying via PayPal?

Yes, the PayPal service fee is automatically added at checkout.

 

I’ve paid for my order but didn’t receive a confirmation — what should I do?

If you completed your payment and haven’t received an order confirmation on the same day (this doesn’t apply to standard bank transfers), please contact us at [email protected] — we’ll look into it for you! 

 

How can I speed up the processing of my order?

If you'd like us to ship your order sooner, send us your payment confirmation and we’ll start processing it immediately.




VAT & INVOICES

 

When will I receive my invoice?

An electronic invoice will be automatically sent to your email address once your package has been delivered and the order status changes to “delivered.”

 

I live in Poland and I'm placing an order – what VAT rates apply?

For customers in Poland – whether private individuals or businesses with a Polish tax number – the following VAT rates apply:
  • 23% VAT for shipping and accessories
  • 5% or 8% VAT for seeds (depending on the type)
VAT is always charged, regardless of whether you're ordering as a private customer or a business entity.

 

I'm an EU-based company with a valid EU VAT number – what will my invoice look like?

If you provide a valid EU VAT number (verified in the VIES system), you will receive an invoice with 0% VAT, in line with the rules for intra-community supply of goods (WDT).
Please note: Your VAT number must be correct and active at the time of purchase.

 

I'm a company based in the EU, but I don’t have an active EU VAT number – what happens?

In this case, we treat your order as a domestic transaction – Polish VAT will be applied (23%, 5%, or 8%, depending on the product category).

 

I'm ordering privately from abroad (e.g. Germany, Italy, Spain) – will VAT be added?

Yes – we apply the VAT rate of your country of delivery, e.g. German VAT for a shipment to Germany.
