ORDERS & DELIVERIES & RETURNS

When will my order be shipped?

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 days after receiving your order. Polish and EU orders are usually shipped the next working day. However, during busy times it might take up to 5 working days to process your order.

How long does the delivery take?

Shipping time depends on your location and the chosen delivery method. The delivery times given for different methods are estimated by the carriers, and your order is usually delivered within the 2-5days from the day you receive your order confirmation. However, the shipping times are estimates only, and sometimes delays may occur. We are not responsible for any delays once your order has been picked up from our warehouse by the carriers.

What is the difference between express and economy shipping?

Express shipping is faster and more expensive, prioritizing the quick delivery of your microgreen seeds. Economy shipping is slower and more affordable, offering a cost-effective option for customers who don't need their seeds urgently. Delivery times may vary based on location and the chosen shipping carrier. Usually the information about how many days it takes for shipping is given in the basket while finishing the order.

Can I return an item?

Of course, we have a 14-day return policy starting from the day you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the items are unused and in their original packaging. When you decide to return an item, please send us an email hello@mpseeds.eu stating your intention and include the order number in the package for easy identification. We'll gladly assist you with the return process and provide any further instructions you may need.

To which address should I return an item?

Make sure you are sending your return to the above address, not to the address written on the invoice. We are unable to process your return if it is sent to the wrong address. 

How long until I receive my refund?

It might take up to two weeks for your return to reach us. Once your return is processed at our warehouse, we will contact you to notify you about the received return. Please allow a few bank days after this for the refund to show on your account.

Can I order seeds in bulk?

Absolutely! We offer bulk ordering options and will provide you with the best possible offer. Please contact us by email at hello@mpseeds.eu or by phone at 00 48 601922369 with the specific varieties and quantities you require, along with information about your company and the scale of your operations. QUALITY & CERTYFICATION

Do I have a guarantee for the sprouting ratio?

We are committed to your success, every step of the way. MP SEEDS want you to be 100% satisfied with all of our seeds and supplies. If anything you purchase from us proves unsatisfactory, we will replace it or refund the purchase price.

Are the seeds safe for human consumption?

Every batch of sprouting seeds we have in our offer is quality tested and absent of Salmonella and E. Coli bacterias. If you need certification, feel free to contact us via on hello@mpseeds.eu or by phone at 00 48 601922369.

 

Who are the seeds intended for and what level of experience is recommended??

Our seeds are primarily intended for small to medium urban farms, professional growers, and farmers who grow microgreens for business purposes. While growing microgreens can be relatively straightforward, it does require some basic knowledge about aspects such as soaking, growing substrates, germination, and other essential practices.

However, we do offer certain varieties that are beginner-friendly and easier to grow for those who are starting their journey in microgreen cultivation. For beginners, we highly recommend reading our blog and product descriptions as a minimum requirement to gain a better understanding of the growing process.

We strive to provide a range of seeds suitable for various skill levels, but we encourage all customers to familiarize themselves with the necessary techniques and guidelines for successful microgreen cultivation to maximize their chances of success.

How can I file a complaint about a product?

If you are not satisfied with our products, we encourage you to file a complaint. Please send us an email with the following information: your order number, a detailed description of what happened, any relevant pictures, and your preferred solution. We value your feedback and will be happy to assist you in finding the best resolution to address your concerns. Our team is dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction and providing excellent customer service.

How can I file a complaint about the seeds?

If you have any concerns or issues with our seeds, we take them seriously and are here to assist you. 

If you want you can firstly just call or write to us on our phone or whatsapp  00 48 601922369 to have a consultation.

Second option is to follow these steps to file a complaint:

Send us an email on hello@mpseeds.eu  with the following details:

 

  • Your order number.
  • A clear description of what happened and the specific issue you encountered.
  • Provide detailed information about how you grew the seeds, including soaking, storage, germination methods, quantity and amount of watering, temperature, lighting conditions, type of soil, and fertilizers used.
  • Let us know how long you have been growing microgreens and if this is your first time growing this particular variety.

 

Additionally, please indicate your preferred solution or outcome that would satisfy you.

Please note that we strive to provide feedback within 14 days and aim to resolve the issue within 2-3 weeks. However, we are committed to addressing your complaint as promptly as possible. Our team will work diligently to assist you and find a suitable resolution.
