ORDERS & DELIVERIES

When will my order be shipped?

We aim to packed your order within 3–5 days after receiving your order. However, during busy periods it may take longer to process your order, but don't worry we will let you know if the waiting time extends.

How long does the delivery take?

Shipping time depends on your location and the chosen delivery method. The delivery times given for different methods are estimated by the carriers, and your order is usually delivered within the 3-7 days from the day the package is taken over by the courier company. However, the shipping times are estimates only, and sometimes delays may occur. We are not responsible for any delays once your order has been picked up from our warehouse by the carriers.

What is the difference between express and economy shipping?

Express shipping is faster and pricier, prioritizing the quick delivery of your microgreens seeds. Economy shipping is slower and more affordable, offering a cost-effective option for customers who don't need their seeds urgently. Delivery times may vary based on location and the chosen shipping carrier. Typically, the information about how many days it takes for shipping is given in the basket while finishing the order.

What if a product is not currently available?

If you want to order a product, and it is not in stock, the best thing to do is to sign up for notifications. This way, you will be informed as soon as the product arrives.

What if I would like to order a variety that is not in your assortment?

At MP SEEDS, we are constantly expanding our product range. If you want to order a product or seed variety that we don't currently have, please email us at hello@mpseeds.eu, and we'll see what we can do. 

Who are the seeds intended for and what level of experience is recommended??

We strive to provide a range of seeds suitable for various skill levels, but we encourage all customers to familiarize themselves with the necessary techniques and guidelines for successful microgreens cultivation to maximize their chances of success.

How do I find out how to grow seeds for microgreens?

If you don't know how to grow microgreens or need full specifications and information about a specific variety, please check the product descriptions, which provide detailed instructions for growing microgreens.

Can I order seeds in bulk?

Absolutely! We offer bulk ordering options and will provide you with the best possible offer. Please contact us by email at karolina@mpseeds.eu or by phone at 0048 601 922 369 with the specific varieties and quantities you require, along with information about your company and the scale of your operations. This will enable us to offer tailored advice and recommendations. We are excited to work together and look forward to hearing from you!

How can I obtain a discount on my purchases?

To receive discounts or better prices at MP SEEDS, you have several options:

  • Sign up for our newsletter to receive a 10% discount on your first purchase in our shop.
  • Earn points in our loyalty program and redeem them for discounts. Here's how it works: for every €10 you spend, you earn 1,000 points. You can then exchange your points for discounts as follows:
     
    • 50,000 points = 3% discount
    • 150,000 points = 5% discount
    • 1,000,000 points = 10% discount
  • Share your thoughts with us! After each purchase, you'll be asked to rate our products and store. For review, you'll get a one-time discount code for €3. You can also leave a review on Google, and we'll thank you with a one-time discount code for €5.

QUALITY

Do I have a guarantee for the sprouting ratio?

We are committed to your success, every step of the way. MP SEEDS want you to be 100% satisfied with all of our seeds and supplies. If anything you purchase from us proves unsatisfactory, we will replace it or refund the purchase price.

 

Are the seeds safe for human consumption?

Every batch of sprouting seeds we have in our offer is quality tested and absent of Salmonella and E. Coli bacteria. If you need certification, feel free to contact us via on orders@mpseeds.eu or by phone at 0048 601 922 369.

SPROUTING GUARANTEE 

What is the MP SEEDS sprouting guarantee?

If the seeds you purchase from us do not germinate after following our instructions, growing rules and all directions, we will replace them or refund your money. We are committed to your success.

 

Why is sprouting guarantees so important for microgreens?

We've seen firsthand how crucial good seeds are for microgreens. Your business's success depends on them. Our guarantee means you can trust us to support you, even if the seeds don't sprout as expected.

 

 COMPLAINTS & RETURNS

Can I return an item?

Of course, we have a 14-day return policy starting from the day you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, please ensure that the items are unused and in their original packaging. When you decide to return an item, please email us karolina@mpseeds.eu stating your intention and include the order number in the package for easy identification. We'll gladly assist you with the return process and provide any further instructions you may need.

Please note that the cost of returning the package is the buyer's responsibility. You can send the product back yourself, or you can get our help using the Returns and Complaints app, where you will generate a shipping label.

 

To which address should I return an item?

Make sure you are sending your return to the above address, not to the address written on the invoice. We are unable to process your return if it is sent to the wrong address. 

How long until I receive my refund?

It might take up to two weeks for your return to reach us. Once your return is processed at our warehouse, we will inform you to notify you about the received return. Please allow a few bank days after this for the refund to show on your account.

 

How can I file a complaint about a product?

If you are not satisfied with our products, you can file a complaint up to 2 months after receiving your seeds. Please email us the following information:

  • your order number,
  • a detailed description of the problem encountered, particularly in relation to product growth,
  • any relevant photos
  • and your preferred solution.  

Completing all the information in the complaint process will make it easier for us to deal with your complaint. If any information is missing, your complaint may be rejected.
We value your feedback and will be happy to assist you in finding the best resolution to address your concerns. Our team is dedicated to ensuring your satisfaction and providing excellent customer service.

How can I file a complaint about the seeds?

If you have any concerns or issues with our seeds, we take them seriously and are here to assist you. You can firstly just call or write to us on our phone or WhatsApp 0048 601 396 141 to have a consultation.

The second option is to follow these steps to file a complaint:

Email us on karolina@mpseeds.eu with the following details:

  • Your order number.
  • A clear description of what happened and the specific issue you encountered.
  • Provide detailed information about how you grew the seeds, including soaking, storage, germination methods, quantity, and amount of watering, temperature, lighting conditions, type of soil, and fertilizers used.
  • Please let us know how long you have been growing microgreens and if this is your first time growing this particular variety.

 

Additionally, please indicate your preferred solution or outcome that would satisfy you.

In the case of incomplete information, we reserve the right to reject the complaint due to lack of information.

Please note that we strive to provide feedback within 14 days and aim to resolve the issue within 2-3 weeks. However, we are committed to addressing your complaint as promptly as possible. Our team will work diligently to assist you and find a suitable resolution.
