Deliveries & Returns

When will my order be shipped?

We aim to dispatch your order within 1-3 days after receiving your order. Polish and EU orders are usually shipped on next day. However, during busy times it might take up to 5 working days to process your order.

How long does the delivery take?

Shipping time depends on your location and the chosen delivery method. The delivery times given for different methods are estimated given by the carriers, and your order is usually delivered within the 2-5days from the day you receive your order confirmation. However, the shipping times are estimates only, and sometimes delays may occur. We are not responsible for any delays once your order has been picked up from our warehouse by the carries.

Can I return an item?

Of course. We offer a 14 day return period, starting from the day you receive your order.

Make sure you are sending your return to the above address, not to the address written on the invoice. We are unable to process your return if it is sent to the wrong address.

How long until I receive my refund?

It might take up to two weeks for your return to reach us. Once your return is processed at our warehouse, we will contact you to notify about the received return. Please allow a few bank days after this for the refund to show on your account.
