ORDERS AND SHIPMENT
1. Orders in the MP Seeds store can be processed through:
- website www.mpseeds.eu
- by email, sending a message to [email protected]
- by phone, during hours specified in the regulations
2. To place an order and make a purchase in the MP Seeds store, you must register your account on www.mpseeds.eu and read and accept the store's regulations.
3. It is also possible to place an order and make a purchase without registering an account. To this end, you must complete the correct form when making a purchase as a guest and read the rules of the store and accept it.
4. In the case of orders placed by e-mail or telephone, it is assumed that the contracting authority has read the applicable regulations and accepted it.
5. Making purchases in the MP Seeds online store via the website www.mpseeds.eu is possible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Orders are processed from Monday to Friday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm CET time zone. Orders placed after 11:00 am on a given day will not be sent until the next business day at the earliest.
6.When placing an order and purchasing goods offered in the MP Seeds store, it is assumed that the following terms of the contract have been specified: subject of the order, unit price and total price of the ordered items, including VAT, form of payment, form and cost of delivery, approximate delivery date, date payments, contact and address details of the person placing the order and reading and accepting the regulations by the ordering party.
7. If you place an order by phone or e-mail, the confirmation of the order is considered to be an e-mail sent by the MP Seeds store, containing information about the completion and confirmation of the order, as well as specifying the required conditions for the conclusion of the contract, with details of the ordered item, form delivery etc.
8. The order should be paid by:
- a transfer addressed to the seller's bank account, giving the title of the transfer appropriate to the given order.
- instant payment gate provided by Braintree and PayPal
- card payment and online payment gate provided by PayU and Przelewy24
9. The seller is not responsible for failure to deliver the ordered goods in the event of incorrectly provided address and / or contact details by the person placing the order. In such cases, if the shipment is returned to the seller, the costs of return and any re-shipment shall be covered by the customer.
10. Each order is processed immediately after its submission, and the shipment is dispatched within a maximum of 96 hours from the moment the order is placed, on all working business days.
11. The Seller reserves the right to extend the delivery time to a maximum of 21 business days, informing the person placing the order by e-mail.
12. In exceptional situations, such as the simultaneous ordering of the last piece of a given product by two people or the lack of a given product in the warehouse, the seller reserves the right to suspend the given order and resume its implementation after filling out the stock shortages of the given product.
13. In the event of suspension of the order, the seller is obliged to inform the customer immediately about this fact, and the customer is entitled to withdraw from the contract without any consequences.
14. MP Seeds ships your order using a courier service. To check rates and delivery options for specific countries, please visit the DELIVERY & RETURNS tab.
15. The MP Seeds store does not offer the service of bringing the purchased equipment in the case of orders for a total weight of over 30 kg (wholesale, pallet orders, etc.). A courier company intermediating in the delivery of ordered goods only offers delivery of purchased products to the indicated address.
16. MP Seeds is not responsible for transport damage. The buyer is obliged to check the delivered products in the presence of the courier and in the event of visible damage fill in the appropriate document.
17. Images of products displayed on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Colors, appearance, shape, and size of the products may vary depending on the grower's expertise, country of cultivation, and growing conditions such as humidity, sun exposure, temperature, fertilization, seed storage conditions, and light deprivation techniques.
RETURNS, EXCHANGES and COMPLIANTS
1. In accordance with art. 27 of the Act of 30.05.2014. on Consumer Rights(art. 27 Ustawy z dnia 30.05.2014r. o Prawach Konsumenta) a consumer who has entered into a distance contract may withdraw from it within 14 days without giving a reason and without incurring costs, except for the costs specified in art. 33, art. 34 section 2 and art. 35. (art. 33, art. 34 ust. 2 i art. 35.)
2. A consumer who decides to withdraw from the contract is obliged to immediately inform the seller of this fact by electronic means by sending a completed withdrawal form or by means of a letter sent by post to the correspondence address provided in the regulations.
3. To meet the deadline for withdrawing from the contract, it is enough for the consumer to inform the seller about the decision to withdraw from the contract within the time specified in the Act on consumer rights.
4. In the event of withdrawal from the contract, the consumer is obliged to send back the purchased goods intact, properly secured, placed in the original packaging supplied from the seller.
5. The seller undertakes to provide customers with ordered goods without defects.
6. If the customer wishes to complain about the goods, the seller is obliged to respond to the customer's decision within 30 calendar days from the date the customer submits a complaint.
7. The customer has the right to inform about the intention to complain about the purchased product by e-mail, telephone or sending an appropriate letter to the correspondence address provided in the store's regulations.
8. The cost of transport and exchange of goods due to complaints is covered by the buyer.

PRIVACY POLICY AND COOKIES POLICY
1.The owner and administrator of the online store MP Seeds - www.mpseeds.eu is the company HYDRO Mateusz Przybiński, with its registered office in Łódź at ul. Jaskrowa 34, 91-488, having an entry in the National Court Register under VAT number 7262654485 and REGON number 101796328. To make purchases in the online store MP Seeds - www.mpseeds.eu, a potential customer is obliged to complete the data of the registration form and accept the regulations. It is possible to make purchases without registration - in this case you must accept the regulations when finalizing the purchase process on our website and fill out the form with the data required to make purchases.
2.The customer retains the right to view, improve and delete his personal data from the database of the MP Seeds online store, by writing to [email protected].
3. Lack of consent to the processing of personal data and the lack of acceptance of the regulations of the MP Seeds online store is tantamount to the inability to make purchases in our store.
4. Each person by registering on our website and making purchases agrees to place their personal data in the MP Seeds database and consents to the processing of this data for marketing purposes by the administrator. User registering to the website actively consent to this.
5. HYDRO is considered the administrator of the personal data.
6. By consenting to the processing of personal data, an informed declaration of intent and consent for the processing of personal data by the person who makes this declaration is considered.
7. The processing of personal data is considered to be: collection, storage, recording, modification, sharing and deleting.
8. By removing personal data is meant the complete elimination of personal data from the MP Seeds online store database or a modification of personal data that will prevent identification of the identity of the person to whom the data belongs.
9. All personal data of persons registered in the MP Seeds store are processed and protected in accordance with the Act of Personal Data Protection from 29.08.1997. and the Act of the provision of online services from July 18, 2002.
10. The administrator of personal data declares that he will process personal data only for the purpose of concluding and carrying out transactions, and that the processing of personal data will not in any way infringe the rights and freedoms of the data subjects.
11. The exception to point 11 is the situation when the user of the MP Seeds online store expresses his consent and accept processing of his personal data for marketing purposes, by subscribing to the Newsletter and thereby confirming his consent to receive information by e-mail about promotions and news about the website - mpseeds.eu. The e-mail may be used as well for other marketing purposes like advertising targeting in Meta Ads and Google Ads.
12. Personal data of the customers of the MP Seeds online store are not disclosed to any third parties, with the exception of intermediaries in payment transactions, for which these data are necessary to complete the transaction, and delivery companies, for which these data are necessary to deliver the ordered products.
13. The website www.mpseeds.eu automatically uses cookies (so-called "cookies"), which are IT data (text files saved on the user's computer and web browser), which store information related to the use of the MP Seeds online store.
14. Cookies allow: recognizing the type of device the user using the website and adjusting the display of the page and its content to the device, creating statistics on how to use the website, which helps to thoroughly analyze and adapt the displayed content of the page to the individual needs of users and to maintain the current login session on the site to eliminate the need to log in again.

As part of using the website www.mpseeds.eu, the following cookies are used: enabling the correct use of the site and the services it offers, enabling the user to remember user preferences and settings, such as: preferred language, font size, etc., to customize the delivered advertising content to the user's personal preferences and ensuring security - used to detect fraud.

In HYDRO we have option to leave opinions about the products, only for registered users. All registrations are protected by spam and robots by captcha system. Additionally, MP SEEDS using the services of Get review company which is specialized in gathering opinions, which terms are described below:
ONLINE STORE REVIEWS
1. The Online Store Customer has the option to voluntarily and free of charge provide an opinion regarding the purchases made in the Online Store. The opinion may also include an evaluation, photo or review of the purchased product in the Online Store.
2. The Seller sends an email message to the Customer after purchases have been made in the Online Store, requesting an opinion and providing a link to an online form that allows for its submission. The online form enables the Customer to answer the Seller's questions regarding the purchases, evaluate them, add their own description of the opinion and a photo of the purchased product. If no opinion is given after the first email message is received, the Seller may send a single reminder message seven days after the first email message was sent.
3. An opinion can only be given by a Customer who has made purchases in the Seller's Online Store.
4. Opinions given by the Customer are published by the Seller in the Online Store and are available to all visitors to the Online Store.
5. For each opinion given, the Seller awards the Customer a one-time discount code for use on all products in the Online Store, with a value of 3 euro and valid for without expiration date. The discount code is sent to the Customer's email address provided during the purchase process in the Online Store immediately after giving the opinion.
6. Giving an opinion cannot be used by the Customer for unlawful actions, in particular for actions that constitute unfair competition against the Seller, or actions that infringe personal rights, intellectual property rights, or other rights of the Seller or third parties.
7. An opinion can only be given for products actually purchased in the Seller's Online Store. It is prohibited to enter into fictitious/simulated sales contracts for the purpose of giving an opinion. The author of the opinion cannot be the Seller or its employees, regardless of their employment status.
8. The author of an opinion may delete it at any time.
FINAL PROVIDES
1. Using the website www.mpseeds.eu is tantamount to reading and accepting the above regulations.

3.The administrator of the MP Seeds store reserves the right to introduce changes to the regulations and undertakes to inform customers about them, unless these changes are not significant.
4. The copying, use, or publication of any images from the MP SEEDS website without prior written consent from the owner is strictly prohibited. In the event of unauthorized use, a licensing fee of EUR 2000 per image (one-time fee) will apply. By publishing or using our images without permission, you agree to this fee, and an automatic payment request will be issued. We also reserve the right to pursue additional legal claims.
