Amaranth is a small plant with beautiful red-pink stems and small maroon green leaves. The taste is mild, slightly nutty, very reminiscent of beetroot. The kitchen is valued for its unique color. When added to the dishes, their appearance will be more attractive.
It is a source of vitamin K, E and C, calcium, iron and beta-carotenes.
