Hemp Fibre Cut to Size is the customizable version of our proven HempMats material. Made from 100% biodegradable industrial hemp fibres, it provides clean handling, stable moisture, and reliable performance for microgreens, sprouts, wheatgrass, and other short-cycle crops.

You can order any mat size by entering your required length and width, each between 8–80 cm. The system calculates the total m², and we cut the material to your exact dimensions. This solution supports professional farms, automated systems, and any setup using non-standard tray formats.

Eco-friendly hemp fibre material

Produced from separated, cleaned, and needle-punched industrial hemp fibres without chemicals. Fully biodegradable, compostable, pH-neutral, and safe for all crop types.

Custom sizing for professional use

The material can be cut to any size within the available range. Cutting precision is ±3 mm, which is standard for knife-cut production.
• For tighter tolerances or very small formats, individual die-cutting is available.
• Ideal for farms working with unique tray sizes or automated production lines.

Optimized for microgreens and hydroponics

Hemp fibres retain up to ten times their weight in water, ensuring stable moisture during germination. The needle-punched structure supports strong root anchoring and fast early growth. It performs well in all hydroponic systems and is suitable for microgreens, wheatgrass, micro herbs, sprouts, and other short-rotation crops.
