"10x20" Growing Tray - characteristics
This reusable growing tray has an outer size of 59.5 x 30 cm and a depth of 6 cm.
It is available in packs of 3, 10, 30 or 50 and in versions with or without drainage holes. The perforated version has 24 holes, each 15–20 mm in diameter.
The industry often uses the term 1020 for the nominal 10x20-inch tray format. This MP Seeds model has actual outer dimensions of 59.5 x 30 cm.
For bottom watering, place the version with holes inside the same model without holes. Different MP Seeds tray models have different dimensions and may not fit together.
The tray is compatible with various pot sizes, pot capacity per tray:
- 18 × 8 × 8 cm pots
- 10 × 10 × 10 cm pots
- 10 × 10 × 12 cm pots
- 6 × 10 × 14 cm pots
How do I use the tray for bottom watering?
Place the tray with drainage holes inside the same model without holes. Pour water into the lower tray so the growing medium absorbs moisture from below. Do not combine different tray models, because their dimensions may not match.
