Extraordinary flavour, is really needed to harvest it in the right timing as simply as delaying just 1 day after the first leaves are born it will lose all its sweetness and it will just taste like grass, is very easy to grow, gives a very big harvest in a very short time and I personally love eating them mixed with some lemon, nuts and fruits, from growing this variety many times I can tell they are very thirsty, they need lots of water as soon as they are exposed to the light, if you are not careful you mind find them falling down if you do not check on them at least 3 times a day.
